Beth has assisted companies and customers build more profitable businesses through streamlining and developing processes, building metrics, and communicating expectations. She has guided teams through significant growth, taking a business from $60K in revenue to over $2 million in just six months. Beth led the optimization project to streamline cross-border operations between the US and Mexico saving over $2 million for the company.
During her time as a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach, Beth has spoken at the Delaware Small Business Chamber on DISC Behavioral Styles and Diversity, guided clients to scale their business, how to get more clients through DISC Selling and the use of social media. Beth has added three additional certifications over the past year; executive coaching, Navigational Conversations, and Emotional Quotient. Beth’s experiences working in manufacturing, transportation, supply chain, and logistics allows her to work with a wide array of customers and top-notch organizations to draw broad knowledge and expertise from.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Beth loves to travel and typically takes a cruise every year to relax and recharge. She grew up in Denver but has moved over a dozen times and lived in eight different states. Beth served in the USAF and is a big sports fan but an avid Denver Broncos fan.
